Libby Ty Bauer has joined us as a working student from Oxford, Ms. She has a background in eventing and jumpers and is working on expanding her hunter career and overall horsemanship. She is great with our little riders and an excellent rider with our young rescue horses and horses in training. We look foreward to watching her grown and eventually to be a full time employee of the farm.

Miranda Strafuss Young has been riding since she was 8 years old and showing nationally since she was 14. She has grown with Cedarwood Farms to win many local,regional and zone awards and championships from the beginner level to the Grand Prix level. She has recently retired her Grand Prix horse Bridge and is bringing up new rescue OTTB "Reggie" through the jumper levels. We have high hopes for this new mare. Miranda is also having a successful hunter career with some of our customers hunters as well.She enjoys teaching the beginner riders and starting them for the show ring while training and showing client horses to them to enjoy or further their winning in the show ring.



Sandi Edscorn- White has been with Cedarwood Farms for the last 8 years. She started riding at the age of 6 where she trained with jumper rider John McConnell's assistants at their training facility in Golden Colorado at his family's training facility. She then continued her training and teaching in Texas at Rasberry Farms until she went to college. She graduated from Southern Methodist University and University of Memphis with her masters degree in education. Sandi continued her education by getting  certified by the American Horsemanship Safety Association. She also teaches full time in the Memphis School system in English for the last 16 years. Sandi teachers our beginners to intermediate riders and has taken many of her students to local championships and year end awards.
